We usually ship the order within 7-10 days of placement. However, since most items on our website are "made to order", sometimes an additional delay of a day or two should be expected.
Yes! Just enter your email used to place the order and follow the instructions to print out your prepaid return shipping label. Please note we deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your total return. For international returns please email care@thehouseofzan.com with your order number for instructions.
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package, but often sooner. We'll send you an email when your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank it can take 4-6 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please contact your bank if your refund does not appear after it has been processed by ZAN. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Unworn and unwashed items, with tags attached that were purchased in the last 15 days are eligible for return. Please note, your order has to be fulfilled and delivered to begin the return or exchange process in our system. It will show 'Final Sale' if your order is still in transit. Any sale items that are marked final sale, as well as face masks and one-of-a-kind items are final sale.
Yes! You can do an even exchange for a different size of the same item and color when you start your return and follow the steps in the returns portal. Once you complete the exchange, a new order will automatically be placed for you. If you would like to exchange for a different color or style, please complete a return and use the Instant Credit code provided to purchase a new item, this acts as store credit for your desired new item! Please use the return label provided on our returns portal so we can guarantee our warehouse received your return.
